Description

WWII German Mauser Long Bayonet. Ricasso is marked "Siegfried Waffen" over a guy swing a hammer next to "E.Pack & Sohns Solingen". The blade has not been sharpened, no nicks, there is wear to the finish with light surface rust scattered throughout, some white paint freckles, the last 3/16" of the tip has been broken off and there is a bend about a 1/2" up from the tip. Lock button is functional. Some surface loss on the pommel and crossguard. Leather washer is intact. Green felt in the Mauser groove. Length of the blade measures 9 5/16" (15/16" wide x 1/4" thick spine) and the overall length of the bayonet is 14".
