WWII GERMAN OFFICERS DRESS DAGGER by PUMA

This past week end we purchased from a private collector some 60 bayonets, some have never been issued, some have never seen the light of day, they have been in cases for years, some as far back as WWII. There are some that are in absolute new condition, others are in Mint condition, others that are near mint and some that are in very nice condition and some that are just fair condition.
This one is in mint condition...This is a very rare WWII German Dress Dagger by "PUMA".......
Puma did not make very many knives during the war. This is the long blade version with a rolled steel scabbard and a leather frog. The ricasso is stamped with the Puma Logo and Solingen.
The leather frog is a new replacement. The rolled steel scabbard is in excellent condition. This dagger is not a working bayonet. This dagger measures 15 inches with the blade at 10 inches. Most of the other makers made there long blade at 9 inches, Puma made there's at 10 inches..There is a difference in quality, Puma is the one of the best !
