WWII GERMAN M1884/98 BAYONET with WOOD GRIPS

Description

This is another bayonet from the private collection that we just purchased. This is in mint condition, however we believe that this is a reproduction, but according to the numbers and the date and maker on the ricasso and the cross-guard and frog stud it indicates that it is an original, the condition is just to new to be true, we are selling it with the belief that it is a reproduction.
The ricasso reads..3669 over the letter ..U..the cross-guard reads..8771..the other side reads..43ASW.. the rolled steel scabbard reads..3979..the Frog stud reads..43ASW..(43 being the year it was made..)
This measures 15 inches with the blade at 10 inches..now you see how confusing it is, which ever you believe, it is in MINT CONDITION....
