WWII GERMAN DRESS BAYO-HORSTER “DAGGER H”-BAHNSCHUTZ “BZ” MARKED

Very good condition original WWII German dress bayonet that has the Horster “dagger H” manufacturer trademark on the right ricasso. Bayonet is stamped “BZ 11” on the left side of the guard, probably for issue to the Bahnschutz (Railway Protection Police). 10 1/8” blade has nice original bright finish and was never sharpened. Remaining metal finish is original bright plated showing some wear and flaking. Checkered black plastic grips have a good tight fit and no damage. Lock button functions fine. Bayonet still retains part of the original green felt insert in the lug slot. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has original blue finish showing some wear to brown patina, no dents. A nice WWII German dress bayonet for your collection.
