WWII A. Worz German K98 Short Mauser Bayonet w/Scabbard & Frog

Description

WWII German Mauser Short Bayonet with Scabbard and Frog. Ricasso is marked "A. Worz" over "Ulm A/D". Everything is tight with minor wear. The blade is mostly clean, straight, unsharpened, the tip is sharp, and there are a few very small wear spots by the tip area. Lock button is functional. The scabbard is solid with no dents and all the black paint has been removed leaving a silver finish. The leather frog shows light wear with minor crazing, and the stitching is tight. Leather washer is intact. Length of the blade measures 7 7/8" (15/16" wide x 3/16" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 12 9/16", overall in the scabbard it is 13 1/2", and the frog alone is 8 1/4".
