Description

Accommodating high-volume applications, the Waring WPG300T panini grill has a double design with two cooking areas. Both sections have grooved top and bottom platens that leave grill marks on the food to enhance product presentation. Because the platens are made of cast iron, they are heavier and retain heat better than aluminum. The top plates are hinged and auto-balancing to accommodate 3-inch-thick food.
Each cooking section in this Waring WPG300T panini press has separate controls, enabling the operator to set the temperature level—up to 570 degrees Fahrenheit—to suit the product. The user can also program the 20-minute timer to track the cooking process, preventing overcooking. The stainless steel construction is sturdy and durable, and the handles are heat resistant for burn protection.
