Vintage ZIPP Front & Rear Hubs 18 Hole Front & 32 Hole Rear Shimano HG EXCELLENT

The House of Cogs is pleased to present another lovely vintage cycling item: this set of early Zipp hubs for rim brake setups and 18-hole front and 32-hole rear rims! These hubs saw light duty prior to being tucked away in the back stock of a high-end bicycle shop for many years. They will come to you in the excellent vintage condition seen in the included photographs.
These hubs were ahead of their time with a hybrid aluminum and carbon fiber shell. The front is for 100mm spaced forks and the rear is for 130mm spaced rear dropouts. Freehub body is for Shimano cassettes up to 10-speed. The hubs show light wear from use, display, and storage but look excellent considering their age. Both spin quite well...spoke holes show light impressions from prior use. They present beautifully and will make an excellent option for your late-90's to early-00's era road bike restoration project.
