Vintage Stinson Airplane Ad. 1947 Life Magazine. Promoting the "new" '48 model

Here's a classic ad for the new in 1948 Stinson Airplane.  From the November 11, 1947 issue of Life Magazine, this original 10 1/2" x 14" ad promotes the Stinson, manufactured from 1920 to the 1950s, in Detroit, Michigan.   For the aircraft enthusiast, this is a nice piece of history to matt and frame for preservation.  It's in very good condition with no tears, creases or marks, and shows some age-yellowing around the edges, which are a little brittle and rough.  Matting would cover the edges enough to make a nice framed presentation.   It comes from a smoke free, pet free home, and will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with cardboard backing.  Thanks for your interest.    167
