Vintage Pratt & Whitney Watch Charm Award 10K? gold Rubies

Description

This is from the estate of a friend's father who worked for Pratt & Whitney for 35 years before retiring - this was found amongst his belongings when he passed away and it was tucked away for many years.  It is attached to an old watch strap which is in poor condition, and this auction is for the charm only.  I don't know what kt gold the charm is as I did not want to pry it from the link, but I do think it is gold, though not tested.  There are two rubies and one diamond?
