Description

Vintage German Officers Saber+ Scabbard. Sword measures 35" overall with a blade length of 30.5". Single fullered blade with much original finish and smooth scattered age patina/fine pitting throughout. Ricasso markings have Pack & Sons Solingen markings with cartouche. The knuckle bow hilt area appears a bit misshapen. Blade is tight to handle, wire and wrapping on handle is good, with some loss and wood showing on the pommel area underneath. Single ring iron scabbard showing some age patina, wear, use, paint loss, etc. See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
