14" wide cooking surface.  Accommodates up to 3" thick product.  Both top and bottom Cast Iron Platens are grooved.
Temperature Range: 175-450 degree F.
This item has been Fully Tested and in Working Condition (See picture #).  Recently used in a local restaurant so please expect some minor scratches, residue from use and other cosmetic imperfections.
This item is to be used for its intended purpose. We did our diligence cleaning this item, but this item can still use a good wipe down upon receipt.
