    This Enlisted Man's Belt & Brass Buckle are pre-1871German Unification examples and are quite rare as such.The Kingdom of Wurttemberg was one of four Kingdoms that along with Prussia, Bavaria and Saxony coupled with several Grand Duchies, Duchies and Principalities united into Germany at the conclusion of the Franco-Prussian War in 1871. This belt & buckle are soiled with 150+ years of aging. The belt is for a waist of no more than 32". The capital of Wurttemberg is Stuttgart where Mercedes-Benz is headquartered. Albert Einstein was born in Wurttemberg. The motto on the buckle translates to Fearless and True. The Kingdoms, Grand Duchies, Duchies and Principalities that composed the German Empire all had distinctive uniform items. This item is quite rare and in remarkable condition for 150+ years old.
