Parker VP Holy Water Sprinkler Asperge Working Good Filler Unit Very Scarce

Offered for your consideration is a like-new Parker VP Holy Water sprinkler also termed an Asperge.
These were used by priests and carried like a fountain pen but filled with water rather than ink. The filling unit is the same thin necked glass AeroMetric that’s found in the fountain pens(see last image).
Gray jewel in barrel end and black jewel on cap.
They are obviously less common than a fountain pen and difficult to find in the market place.
This example shows no signs of use and may-in-fact be mint.
It has the name inscribed of the previous owner snd a gold embossed cross as well. I
