For sale is a Vintage PARKER Cisele 75 Sterling Silver Flat Tassie Fountain Pen with a 14K solid Gold Fine Point Nib. The pen is in Excellent + used condition.  The gold clip, section ring, and tassies show no loss of plating and there are no engravings, dings, or dents.  The Grid Lines are consistently black throughout. The cap closes with a nice click.  I removed the nib and thoroughly cleaned it and its feed.
It comes with a converter and one black ink cartridge.
