    Mid 19th Century Ginori Capodimonte Style Hand Painted Figural Cobalt Box
    Beautiful porcelain trinket / jewelry box. Decorated in the Capodimonte style with hand painted and raised figures, cherubs, and dolphins. Has a cobalt blue background and puce laurel leaf design along the edge of the lid. With gold gilt highlights and gilt ormolu mounts. Marked on the bottom with a blue crown N used by Ginori.
    Has a manufacturing defect on the inside corner. This does not effect the display or usability of the box. Also has some minor wear to the gilding and to the gilt ormolu mounts. Otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide x 3 3/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
