Up for sale is an original Lockheed Aircraft Corporation (LAC) Crew Operating Instructions (Report #6027) manual for the Model 649 and Model 749 series Constellation aircraft.
Dated May 15, 1960, the manual is 3/4” thick, weighs almost 2 lbs, and is complete and in excellent, near new condition.
Prepared for the “information and guidance of the flight crews of Lockheed Model 649/749 Constellation Aircraft”, essential information has been organized for quick reference into seven sections: Description, Normal Operating Procedures, Emergency Operating procedures, Description and Operation of Auxiliary Equipment, Operating Limitations, Systems Operation, and Trouble Shooting.
