    Description

    This buy it now listing is for an NOS set of 2 special split bushings for the steering gear sector shaft.  Not to be confused with the smaller more common bushings for the MB and civiian Jeeps.  This is a set of the larger ID M38/M38A1 bushings.  Normally the Steering gear uses a long and a short bushing.  You will receive 2 longer bushings as the shorter bushing is unavailable.  The longer bushings will actually work fine and give more surface contact area for the shaft.  Note that these original bushings have the oil groove as they should.
