Beechcraft 1954 Employee Badge 5 10 15 20 Year Aircraft Service Pins Award Cards

Up for auction/sale is a vintage set of retirement materials from Beech Aircraft Corporation, which were presented to a former employee who had 38 years of service in 1992. Along with a couple of "lifetime" membership cards, the grouping also contains the employees original badge (circa 1954). This listing also contains this gentleman's 5, 10, 15, & 20 year service pins, awarded in 1959, 1964, 1969, and 1974 respectively.
If you're a collector of Beech Aircraft or vintage aircraft employee/company materials, this is a rare opportunity to have a vintage badge (in great condition), along with the basic retirement documents showing dated provenance of the actual employee, along with his years service award pins.
The retirement letter is in excellent condition with only minor signs of having been read, the membership cards are in pretty good condition but were in a wallet for quite a few years, and while the badge shows some minor scuffs and signs of age, it looks really great for being > 65 years old and used daily for a very long time!
The pins were all worn but are in overall great shape, with the 5 year being Sterling, the 10 year 14k, and both the 15 (1 diamond) and 20 (two diamonds) being made of 10k, with only the 5 year having its screw back. The other three are missing their back piece, but look to be the standard size if any were needed.
I have described these materials as best I can, but to augment my description I have provided several high-resolution images from varying angles to allow for a detailed review of quality, condition, and desirability. The names are marked out digitally in the images, the employees name appears clearly on the actual documents.
