Each 1/2 lb. spool of #12 contains approximately 656 ft. of bank line. #12 bank line has an approximate diameter of 0.045 in. and a minimum break strength of 95 lbs.
Braided instead of twisted; this means the cord does not unravel easily, making it a fast and efficient working twine.
5col Survival Supply Bank Line starts as AA Seine Twine, and is given a netcoat "tar" treatment that provides protection from the environment, and grips/holds knots well.
Tarred nylon twine is resistant to damage from UV light, rot, and mildew, making bank line excellent for outdoor applications.
